Our Services

We build the processes behind effective risk management, control monitoring and accurate GRC program reporting. Quality first, and done right.

We combine GRC subject matter expertise with hands-on engineering, taking ownership from requirements and design through implementation, deployment and handover.

What we deliver

  • GRC Platform Implementation

End-to-end implementations and migrations, including framework design and mapping, workflow design and configuration, evidence collection and testing optimization, alerting and reporting.

  • GRC Platform Re-implementation & Optimization

We diagnose and correct underperforming implementations: rebuilding configurations, automating manual processes, repairing integrations, and aligning the platform with how your GRC program actually operates.

  • Custom GRC Solutions

Custom GRC modules, platform extensions and standalone applications for requirements that off-the-shelf platforms cannot adequately support.

  • FedRAMP CR26 Engineering

Reporting integrations, VDR/VER endpoints, structured schemas, Trust Center capabilities and supporting workflows for CR26 requirements.

Something else in mind? If it is a complex GRC technology challenge, we are always happy to discuss it.Discuss a project

How you can engage ForDep

Project-based delivery

A defined implementation, platform recovery, integration or custom build, delivered against agreed objectives and milestones.

Embedded GRC FDE

An experienced GRC FDE working alongside your team over an extended engagement, owning technical projects and improving systems as requirements evolve.

Our approach

GRC expertise meets engineering

We understand your controls and procedures, and translate them into technology.

Built for your operating reality

We design around your organizational structure, requirements and systems, not generic templates.

End-to-end execution

From architecture and implementation to deployment, testing and adoption, we own the technical delivery.

Built to be yours

Your team receives a documented, maintainable solution they understand and can operate independently.

What GRC engineering looks like in practice

Explore examples of how we connect enterprise systems, automate GRC processes, and build capabilities that traditional platform configurations can't deliver.

Challenge
Proving that leavers lose access on time means reconciling HR and identity data by hand, usually on a sample, once a quarter.
Solution
Terminations from Workday and revocations from Okta are collected over their APIs, matched on employee ID, and every pair is tested against a 24-hour revocation rule. Unmatched records are flagged for review.
Outcome
Every leaver is tested, not a sample, and a missed revocation surfaces within a day rather than at the next audit.

Workday: Terminated Employees

Collected over the Workday API.

Okta: Revoked users

Collected over the Okta API.

Match and test

03

Matched on employee ID

Each terminated employee paired with their Okta user by a stable identifier. Records without a match are flagged for review, not guessed.

04

Delta calculated, rule applied

User revocation date minus employee termination date, tested against the rule.

Outcome

The test runs on every collection, so a missed revocation surfaces in hours, not at the next audit.Illustrative data
